This is the personal blog of Peter Schoppert, Director of NUS Press, the publishing house of the National University of Singapore, and President of the Singapore Book Publishers Association from 2014 to 2020. In early September 2018 I migrated the site from a Drupal installation over to Ghost, which seems very well suited to this sort of blog, and was fun to learn. In April 2023 I migrated over to a new server running Ghost 5.
The PublicArtSG database has been around in different forms since 2002 or so, originally built in Tinderbox, then moved over to Drupal. It is now rendered statically in Gatsby, but I don’t update it as often as I used to.
