Under the saga trees in the lawn between Inverness House and the Forest Discovery Center at the Gallop Extension of the Botanic Gardens

Nice and appropriate siting. One of the saga seeds looks quite different from the other two, and seems to be made from different materials. If this represents a real botanical difference, fair enough, but it detracts from the presence of the grouping of the three pieces. The usual signs are here asking people not to touch and climb, but really it would be hard to expect a child not to clamber over these pieces in this setting...

An installation bringing together the family members of the Saga tree: the seeds of the Adenanthera pavonina and its close relative A. malayana.
The seeds symbolise the promise of life.
