Well-lit, looks good at night. Another intervention from John Portman, who designed (and evidently also helped develop) the Pavilion Hotel, later the Regent Hotel. The main developers, the Kwee family of Pontiac Land, are behind the art so well-integrated into Millennium and Centennial Tower development in the Marina Square area
