Marine Parade Town Centre

They have moved around within the neighborhood quite a bit, displaced by the MRT works and improvements. I think only the marvelous Octopus is still in its original position...

charming if kitchsy. I liked the way they were integrated into residents and merchants own spaces, not kept too far apart. The large seals have been given an unfortunate coat of paint as of early 2021.
