An urban plaza. Lichtenstein started doing these monumental brushstroke sculptures in the mid-1980s. Similar assemblies of the large works can be found in Paris, Tokyo, Barcelona and Portland Oregon.  According to blogger Notabilia, the work was fabricated in Bristol, Rhode Island. The work underwent maintenance in April 2010, and was covered with scaffolding for two or three months. Later in 2012 or so a panel fell from one of teh buildings on the panel and the entire plaza was fenced off until the building could be recladded, which took at least a year or more.
